2. Not an Insurance Agency or Financial Advisor

AnnuityMatch is a technology platform and B2B SaaS provider. We are not a licensed insurance agency, financial advisor, or carrier. We do not sell insurance products, annuities, or securities. No part of our website or services should be construed as financial or legal advice.

3. Nature of the Service

Our platform acts as a data-routing and intake synchronization tool for licensed insurance and financial professionals. We facilitate the connection between consumers and professionals. Any relationship formed is strictly between those parties; Osmet LLC (dba AnnuityMatch) is not a party to, and has no liability for, any such relationship or products purchased.

4. Referral & Service Fees

Osmet LLC receives compensation from the licensed professionals and firms participating in the AnnuityMatch® network. This compensation is paid for software access and data routing services. This may influence the prioritization of certain professionals on the platform.
